  • Built a Redis-backed scheduled message processor with distributed locks to safely batch-process scheduled SMS/MMS jobs across workers, improving delivery reliability and reducing duplicate execution risk.
  • Developed a Telnyx message reconciliation system to detect and update stale “Pending” statuses, reducing unresolved message states and manual debugging.
  • Automated dedicated phone-number provisioning after subscription checkout using Telnyx APIs and webhooks, reducing manual onboarding steps for new customers.
  • Integrated Stripe checkout and subscription workflows to support automated billing, subscription status tracking, and feature access control.
  • Deployed a LangChain-powered AI chatbot to automate guest request handling, improving response availability and reducing manual response workload.
